Searches for Calle Galicia refer to the harbour-side street and ticket-office area, not to a second ferry terminal. Go to the operator or meeting point printed on your voucher instead of boarding the first boat marked for Lobos.
Nortour places its main point at the entrance to Corralejo port on the Bristol promenade, opposite La Lonja, and also lists a separate Muelle Chico sales point. Other products use Calle Galicia. This is why the exact provider and street number on the voucher matter.
Your ticket should identify Naviera Nortour, Ferry Isla de Lobos or the activity provider. That name also determines which return boat you can use. Compare the companies in the operator guide before booking.
How early to arrive
Ferry Isla de Lobos asks passengers to check in at the pier at least 20 minutes before departure. Other products can set a different meeting time, so the voucher takes priority. A practical target is to reach the harbour about 30 minutes early, especially if you still need to park, locate a desk or show a permit.
Parking and arrival in Corralejo
The harbour sits beside central Corralejo. Street access and available parking can change with traffic, events and the time of day, so this guide does not promise a particular free space. If driving, allow a separate parking margin and walk the final stretch. Taxi or drop-off can remove the search for a space, but you still need time for check-in.
